We are a group of Colombian and American citizens who share in the concept of “giving back” and strongly believe that education and health are the bases for economic and social progress. As a result, the Genesis Foundation a US non-profit private foundation established under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Tax Revenue Code- was created to provide support to organizations in the fields of education and health for underserved children 0 to 18 years old.

Although the greater part of our grant-making is directed toward education and health programs in Colombia, we may also fund projects in those same fields in the United States, specifically in the New York Metropolitan Area, Washington DC and Southern Florida.
