The Genesis Foundation funds projects and programs in the areas of health and formal education, benefiting children 0 to 18 years old, as well as training programs in these two areas.

While we give capital, operating, program and general grants, we do not fund particular individuals. Neither do we support political or religious causes.

Approximately eighty percent of our grant-making is devoted to Colombian entities, with the remainder devoted to projects in the United States, specifically in Southern Florida, Washington DC and the New York Metropolitan area.

We offer multi-year grants, up to three (3) years. Our grants typically range from $10,000 to $100,000, although at times we may deviate from these amounts. Any grant can be rescinded at any point if the board of directors so decides.
